According to the Telegraph Everton is expected to make a bid for Gylfi Sigurðsson, Swansea for £25 million bid.  The Everton manager Ronald Koeman is looking to strengthen is squad and this newly appointed director of football Steve Walsh are interested in Gylfi Sigurðsson.  Gylfi Sigurdsson would be the second biggest signing in Everton history if this would go through. Rúnar Már Sigurjónsson sent KR out of the Europa League

Jóhann Berg Guðmundsson who recently signed with Burnley in the English Premiership decided to support a boy with a brain tumor.  This boy, Baldvin Rúnarsson, lives in Akureyri and played football with Thor Sportsclub when younger.  Just last year he was getting treatment for his cancer and had to stay in Reykjavik during the treatment but the cancer was discovered three years ago.  In next month the annual Islandsbanki Marathon takes…

Johann Berg Gudmundsson to Burnley FC

Johann Berg Gudmundsson is expected to sign deal with the Premiership team Burnley FC in England soon.  He is expected to undergo medical test at Burnley facilities later today or tomorrow according Morgunbladid in Iceland.  Gudmundsson is currently a player for Charlton Athletic 1st division club.  Johann Berg Gudmundsson is a 25 player right wing player and it will be interesting to watch him play in the Premiership next season….
