Valuable three points

Iceland beat Kosovo tonight in the World Cup qualifying round 1-2.  The Icelandic team was not really convincing in their play but valuable three point a fact.  The first goal was for Iceland when Björn Bergmann scored his first goal for the national team.  Gylfi Sigurðsson scored Iceland’s second goal from the penalty spot on the 35th minute.  Iceland with a 0-2 lead in the halftime.

The Icelandic defence was not convincing an had difficulty  with the Kosovo team in the second half and Atdhe Nuhiu scored on the 53rd minute.

Aron Einar Gunnarsson, the icelandic captain was happy with the three points after the game but not as happy with the play of the Icelandic team.
